How big is your team?
Count everyone who works there, including you. Your accountant and bookkeeper don't count.
Small business, 1–19 people

What the A$149.00 ceiling covers
This covers your tools only, for businesses with up to 19 people. 3 accounts (logins for you and your team) are included; each one after that is A$14.99/month on top. Texts (SMS) and card payment fees are also charged on top.
Prices are in Australian dollars per month. Indicative pricing while we finalise launch.

The no-surprises promise
What you see here is what you pay. These are part of how Attune Base works today, not offers that end.
No commission on your bookings
There's no marketplace taking a cut of new clients, and no fee per booking. A booking from your own client costs you nothing extra.
Month to month, no contract
You pay monthly. Cancel in Settings whenever you like, in fewer steps than it took to sign up. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Your data, whenever you want it
Download everything as spreadsheets at any time, without asking us. Cancelling doesn't delete it.
No limits on bookings or clients
Take as many bookings and add as many clients as your business needs. Nothing in the price counts them.

A$14.99 per person a month, first 3 free. Your accountant and bookkeeper are always free. You pay only for the people who signed in, worked a shift, took a booking or got a payslip that month. That's the only charge that grows with your team.

Notice before any price goes up
We'll email you at least 30 days before a price you pay goes up, so you can decide before it applies.
Questions worth asking any software you're comparing
Commissions, contracts that renew for a year, and logins or add-ons that cost extra are where costs usually creep up. Ask these of anyone you're comparing, us included. Here are our answers.

Card payments carry Stripe's standard fee, paid to Stripe (Attune Base adds none), and text messages are usage-based and may cost extra. The details are in our terms.
Pricing questions
Do I have to know which tools I need?
No. Describe your business in your own words and the builder suggests a setup. You can change any of it, and add more tools whenever your business grows.
What does each person on my team cost?
A$14.99 per person a month, first 3 free. Your accountant and bookkeeper are always free. You pay only for the people who signed in, worked a shift, took a booking or got a payslip that month. Founding offer: A$9.99 a person for your first 3 months.
How does the bundle discount work?
It is automatic. Use three or four paid tools and 10% comes off. Use five or more and 25% comes off. There is nothing to claim and nothing to calculate.
Does the cap really mean I never pay more than A$149.00?
You'll never pay more than A$149.00/month for your tools. This covers your tools only, for businesses with up to 19 people. 3 accounts (logins for you and your team) are included; each one after that is A$14.99/month on top. Texts (SMS) and card payment fees are also charged on top. Premium capabilities and high-volume usage are priced separately. Every location is included.
What if my business is large?
Larger businesses use the same tools, prices and bundle discount, without the A$149.00 ceiling. Businesses with 500 or more people get Enterprise pricing, agreed with us, including a discount on accounts. Get in touch and we will work it out with you.
What about payments?
Deposits, no-show fees and invoice pay links work today, through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Attune Base adds no fee: you pay only Stripe's standard rate, which is 1.65% + A$0.30 for an Australian card. On a A$12 sale that is about A$0.50. In Hong Kong, Stripe charges 3.4% + HK$2.35 for a card. Attune Base can't take cards in person at the counter yet, so keep your card reader for now. Stripe's prices
What happens to my clients' details?
They stay yours. A client with no activity is only anonymised after the period you choose in Settings (7 years unless you pick 12 months, 2 years or never), you're told at least 30 days before, and nothing is anonymised while your account is paused or your plan is cancelled. You can export everything at any time.
Coming from Fresha?
We import your clients and future bookings free. Export them from Fresha and bring them in under Settings, Import and export, or send us the files and we will do it for you.
What is SMS going to cost?
Email is included with Communications: reminders go out from your own email once you connect it in Settings. Text messages are a usage-based service, so they may be charged separately, and you can see exactly what would be sent before it goes.
Some tools say coming soon. Can I use them now?
Only the ones marked ready. Ready today: Customers, Bookings, Booking with spaces, Invoicing, Communications, Reporting, Inventory, POS, Memberships, Loyalty, Ticketing, Payslip. The rest are on the way, and we'll show each one's price before you can add it.
Is automation extra?
No. Every tool comes with its own automations, like confirmations, reminders and low stock alerts. You approve what runs, and you can see what was sent.
What if I run more than one location?
Every location is included at no extra cost: add each shop in Settings > Locations, sharing your clients, staff and services. Up to 5 locations; for more, get in touch.
